Accepted categories
Entries are limited by submission order and category availability, so spots fill quickly.
Car show submission
Because of capacity, entries are accepted on a first-come basis within each category. Here's how it works, start to finish.
Submit your application
Tell us about your vehicle and the category you're entering.
Get a confirmation email
We'll confirm we've received your application as soon as it lands.
Receive your approval
If your car is approved, you'll get an approval email with a donation link.
Make your donation
Complete a minimum $50 donation to Hope 4 MVC Kids.
Your spot is secured
Once your donation is complete, your place in the car show is locked in.
Submit your vehicle
Entries are reviewed as they come in and we confirm your spot by email. Bring the car, a folding chair, and your story. Judging happens late morning and awards are handed out before the last ride session.
Have ready: your contact details, the category you are entering, the year, make and model, and a short description of the build.
Good to know: a minimum $50 donation to Hope 4 MVC Kids secures your placement.

The venue
Rocky Mountain Motorsports Race Circuit, Carstairs, Alberta, on Saturday, September 12, 2026. About 45 minutes north of Calgary. On-site parking is free.
Everyone entering the property completes a short online waiver. One form per person, done before event day.
Where the money goes
100% of proceeds are donated. The Ride of a Lifetime supports Hope 4 MVC Kids, a local charity working to make life better for kids and families facing serious medical challenges.
